About this Course
One of the most popular racecourses in the North, Doncaster Races hosts race meetings throughout the year as it offers both flat racing and jump racing.
The main meeting of the year at Doncaster is in September as the last 'classic' of the year is run there, the St. Leger. Race trips to this meeting are popular so book early!
It also hosts the first and last flat meeting each year with the Lincoln Handicap the main arrtraction on the opening day of the season, whilst the November Handicap draws the curtains on another season.
Amongst these, Doncaster has become well-known for offering Saturday racedays with a concert afterwards, with big-named acts such as Madness, Scouting For Girls and The Saturdays.
Situated on the third floor of the main grandstand, the Premier Suite offers breathtaking views of Doncaster Racecourse through its glass-fronted stand. If you want to spoil yourselves when attending Doncaster Races, then this is the enclosure to go into. Places run out quickly here, so please book early if you wish to add the Premier Suite to your And They're Off! Package.
Another enclosure that is often popular at Doncaster is the County Enclosure. As well as offering access to the main stand and parade ring, you can also access the Champagne Lawn where there are some exclusive champagne bars and places to eat. An excellent way to celebrate that special occasion at Doncaster Races.
The main enclosure at Doncaster Racecourse is the Grandstand Enclosure where you have access to the main stands, bars, places to eat and of course the unique parade ring situated in front of the stands. Most And They're Off! groups include this enclosure badge as part of their package as it does offer great value.
