Booking a trip with And They're Off!

How do I make a booking?

To make a booking, you need to click on 'Future Races'in the left-hand menu of the page.

Will I receive any booking confirmation once booked?

You will receive an email from PayPal immediately after payment, to confirm this. After this, you will receive an email from us within 2 working days confirming all the details about your trip with us.

Can I change my booking?

Bookings can be changed upto 28 days before the event. After this time, any amount paid will not be refunded, only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of And They're Off! See out Terms and Conditions for more details.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking upto 28 days before the event and you will receive a refund. After this time, cancelling a booking will lose any payment made.

Which methods of payment are accepted?

Payments are made using the Secure Payment system using PayPal. Follow the onscreen instructions when buying your trip, in order to use your Credit / Debit card.

How can I pay for a trip on the And They're Off! website?

To book, click on your chosen race trip and then click the 'Book Now' Icon. Then it is a simple case of following the on-screen instructions. If you have any problems with this, please send us an email and we can make the booking on your behalf.

What if I make a mistake, when booking or paying for a trip?

You can contact us on enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk with detail of the error and we will endeavour to rectify any changes.

What do I do if I have problems when trying to pay for the trip?

If you have any problem, then read our help guide, read the on-screen instructions or email us at enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk and we will do what we can to help you.

Will I receive confimation for payment?

After paying for your trip, you will receive confirmation to your email inbox detailing the transaction. This should take no more than 2 hours to reach you.

Your Race Day with And They're Off!

What is my Pick-up point / Pick-up time?

You will receive an email at least 2 weeks before the trip, detailing pick up point and times for your race trip. This information will also appear on a dedicated page on our website, with lots of other information about the day. If we have your email address, you will be sent a link to that page, when it becomes available.

Do I need to bring anything with me on Race Day?

You only need to bring the confirmation email that you have been sent to your email inbox, to verify that you have paid for the trip. If one person from a group has booked the trip, then only one confimation email is needed for the group.

What do I do if problems arise on Race Day?

If you envisage any potential problems, please contact And They're Off to discuss these further. When on the coach, you can ask for one of the And They're Off team's mobile numbers in case needed during the day.

Can we bring picnics / our own alcohol?

You must check whether the course allows these or not. Certain courses do, some don't and some do in certain enclosures. And They're Off! are not liable for refusal of entry to the racecourse for this reason. Where possible, we can advise whether certain racecourses allow these.
