  • How do I make a booking?

    To make a booking, you can either book directly through our booking site by clicking 'Buy Tickets' at the bottom of any page or by clicking 'Book Now' next to any race trip and following the on-screen instructions.

    Alternatively you can book through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk , especially if you are booking for a large party or if you have any enquiries about the booking.

  • Will I receive any booking confirmation?

    When you make a booking through our booking site, you will be asked for payment. Confirmation of payment will be sent to your email address instantly, once complete.

    If you pay through bank transfer when emailing us, you will receive confirmation once received.

    In both instances, you will receive a general confirmation of the booking within 48 hours of booking

    You can of course email us at enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk if you need confirmation of any part of your booking and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

  • Can I change my booking?

    Bookings can be changed upto 28 days prior to the race day. After this time, bookings will be charged at full price as And They're Off will have paid for tickets, coach etc already.

    Changes to the race trip such as pick up points, pick up time, change of race day for example are all subject to agreement by And They're Off Racing Tours and are done by emailing us directly at enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk

    In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds within the 28 day period, but this is totaly at the discretion of And They're Off!

  • Can I cancel my booking?

    Like the previous question, cancellations will result in a refund if before the 28 day period prior to the race trip.

    After this time, cancellations will not result in any refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

  • I am struggling to make a booking. What can I do?

    We know that some racedays need extra special treatment and attention. Please feel free to contact us at enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk or by using the form on the Contact Us page.

    We can cater for big or small groups and aim to make pick up points as accessable as possible for everyone.

    If you are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know the details and we will do our best, to make your race day out a really special event.

  • How can I pay for my trip?

    If using the booking system pages, it will ask for full payment via PayPal in which you will be asked to pay for all guests in your party.

    Because we like to be flexible with payment, we will accept a 50% deposit for your party if agreed by email with us.

    Also, bank transfers will be accepted as payment, as long as this is agreed with And They're Off! Racing Tour, by email, in which you will be sent the relevant bank details for payment.

    If you are bringing a large party, please email us to see if we can offer your party a special discounted rate!

  • What do I do if I make a mistake when booking?

    You must email us at enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk with details of your booking and the action that you require, to the booking.

  • What is my pick up point / pick up time?

    Possibly one of the most important pieces of information for your raceday is the pick up point and pick up time.

    These will be confirmed to you by email at least 7 days before the raceday. This is because they may by multiple parties on the same race trip and so all parties will need to be catered for.

    Information about pick up points will also appear on our website, along with a map of the exact location with times detailing the approximate pick up point.

    Pick up points and times are negotiable and are also approximate due to circumstances outside our control. We do endeavour to meet these as close as possible however.

  • Do I need to bring anything with me on raceday?

    On raceday, please bring with you the email confirmation that will have been sent to you with your booking details.

    This is all you need to bring with you, as we will do the rest!

  • What do I do if any problems occur on raceday?

    From time to time, unexpected problems arise and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

    We give details of your And They're Off! team members that will be with you, in the racecard you are provided with on raceday.

    At all times however, we keep the interests of the whole party at the forefront of our priorites on raceday.

  • Can I bring a picnic / alcohol on raceday?

    Most racecourses do not allow picnics to be taken into the main enclosures. The big racecourses however normally have a picnic area. Please email us on enquiries@andtheyreoff.co.uk or visit our course guides pages, for more information if you are thinking of bringing a picnic.

    Alcohol will not be allowed to be taken into any racecourse.

  • I have another question, What can I do?

    You can read our Terms and Conditions, which is available at the bottom of each page by clicking the 'Terms and Conditions' link. You are advised to do this, before making a booking.
